Jus wanted to know if this kit on ebay is worth buying...

i bought mine on ebay two months ago.. look for a seller name sebas233 i think he sells OEM hella HID.. the hid he sold me is a perfect fit except for the lightbulb and retainer for the housing needs some modification... it's a little bit cheaper also i got mine $250.00 shipped

8000k is a little high.
A lot of blue with a lot less functionality....

It does look cool though.

hella doesnt sell "retrofit-kits" because they arent legal.. no vendor in the US can sell retrofit kits, they're not DOT compliant.

and, all these vendors who do are shady.. so, good luck finding replacement bulbs in the years to come.

4300k -5000k is closest to daylight and most usable. 6000k has a anice tint of blue. Hope that helps.

I'm with this ^guy^, if you like the blue coloring, get something around 6000k.

i disagree. there's still a bunch of dealers locally that sell PHILIPS/PIAA/HELLA/IPF HID retrofit kits.

just because the part is not DOT compliant doesn't mean they're all bad.
