It is illegal to charge anyone's credit card without shipping the item first... Don't believe me contact your credit card company, he can get in DEEP trouble for this. What Mike said... Hire more people than?

the guys complaining bout these people your all a holes seriously, and the person who complained bout his personal issues knowing all of you idiots, if ryan wouldnt of explained himself you would probs still be little babies asking whats going on, their was a problem that was out of their control and second its not illegal what he is doing the hatch was sent out, yes go read the hatch was sent out but got damaged during shipping, if the guy is coming on here and sending cnile pics of the hatch box as proof and always keeping in contact leave the poor guy alone geez money isnt everything yea sure losing money sux but cnile is not losing money he just has to wait a little longer for his product, the people on this forum sometimes amaze me how they can be so cruel.

 

i incured the same problems as you with my carbon front bumper... what was one week shipping turned into over a month, a cracked bumper, and stress of wanting me to pay for another one while they waited for an insurance claim to come through on it.

also bugging them everyday for a tracking number which i got the DAY before it arrived. BOTH TIMES!

good luck with this and also that is pretty shitty to post up someones personal buisness on an internet board to make excuses to why your buisness isn't doing what it claims... like said earlier "mabey you should hire more people"

 

I never got pictures of my hatch so was never sure if it really got damaged. Lets end this thread and stop posting. At the end i told them to just give me a cf front bumper so that i wouldnt lose my money.
