I'd imagine mods have a life too. Its not like I'd wake up at 2AM to see if there are any threads I need to close... Although I tend to see a ton of threads because I'm a my350z junkie lol

Although I could never be a mod. Hmm, I think Hraes would have the same problem.

OP: have you ever been a mod or admin of a site? It's not an easy thing to do and with a site this large they do a damn good job.

The site is doing something right...it's pretty active.

By the way, to prevent taking this thread off topic... The mods are fine. There are younger kids here, but some actually contribute to the site. I'm 18, and I don't seem to generate a lot of hate.

And Nitrouz has a point, they're supposed to moderate, not baby sit and scold us for every slip-up we have. That's what Hraes and VO are for.

very true. I see less than 1 notification a week from the report post button for my sections. Yet I find 5-6 threads a day that people are posting within complaining about the thread itself.

No way could I ever press that Button...Kinda like squealing and I cant stomach a coward. I think the Mods do fine so long as they remain unbiased. I believe that in house flaming by peers works well in most cases
