Z1 store problems.
Seven months ago I made an order to Z1 Store (Adam).
There's always an excuse for not sending, or says that you have sent and not true.
Cusco Camber Combo Kit - Includes Rear Camber and Toe Link Set 350Z with Cusco Front A Arms (1375$) are many months and I'm starting to think the worst.
many excuses at this time and not send my order, I have asked the return of my money, but do not get anything.

I am sure Adam will respond to this post, but as far as z1auto goes they are one of the best dealers on this site and are always very helpful. They will answer most questions about products and if they can't they will find out for you. I have ordered several things from them and was never screwed around and got some parts within days. I can assure you that you won't get screwed by Adam. Also remember that you are in Spain. Snooka if you knew the company you would know that he is getting ripped off. Adam will figure this out im sure

I have purchased from Adam since 2006 without any problem, but this has now changed, there are more people with this problem outside U.S.A.

April 6- Will check with my distributor – I was able to see the wire post the account finally, thanks for taking care of that
May 25- TNT 310149324 – you should see scans for it on Friday evening, once it’s been assigned to a flight
June 6- I can call them tomorrow morning when I return in, it should be the right number, I am copying it from the email tnt sent us when we booked the shipment – unless there is a different number between the original quote and the actual tracking info
June 14 -The tracking I show should be correct – I just sent an email over to them to trace it for me and give me estimated delivery to you
June 28- I’ve got our rep running a trace on it – I am really sorry for this, have not had any issues up till now, but I will get this solved
July 8- Hi Antonio – yes, I figured out the issue. The parcel was not picked up from TNT because my supplier turned them away. This is because one set of arms was not in stock as they originally told me. ETA to arrive though is 7/15 (next Friday). Let me know how to proceed, and I apologize….ever since the distributor changed it has been very difficult with Cusco products
July 31- Hi Antonio - I never heard back from you re : my last email below. I believe the arms did come in but we've been so busy moving out offices
August 19- Hi Antonio – finally all done with our move now, I will make sure these are dispatched to you before the end of this month, via air service
August 22- I still never had a reply from my last email below
We have now moved offices finally and are just re-setting up the shipping software. Should we proceed with the order?
August 30 -I will reconfirm the missing items are now available and advise shipping asap
September 7, I’ve finally got everything situated again with our shipping after moving offices, so we are resuming all shipping now. I’ve still got your address on file and customs you said for $400?
Looks like it will be picked up Monday from our offices, I am submitting the customs paperwork tomorrow morning
September 18, Hi Antonio I'm very sorry seems it's one bad thing after another. All parts are in but I had a death in my family so I've been all wrapped up in that and haven't been at the office. I am expecting to be in tomorrow and will spend this week getting all caught back up
September 30, I’ve got yours already setup for UPS pickup

Yes, we've had issues this year with certain imported parts, as well as with export shipments for a variety of reasons. You and I have many successful transactions under our belt together over the years, and I will do whatever we need to for you

I have not received any mail from the September 30, you said that UPS has picked up, yet I have no tracking number, and wait for answer.
Isn't there another thread here about a very similar problem with the same vendor? And if Antonio has had many successful transactions in the past with said vendor, why does Antonio feel the need to post this in a public forum? Reputation is pretty much "what have you done for me lately", rather than successful transactions from however long ago. Someone needs to tighten up procedures - if you are in the business of delivering parts, either deliver them or wear out the customers e-mail with the reason why you haven't.
I have to say that is the lamest and most irritating excuse that I have ever heard. He clearly did not understand the burden of me having to continuously go back and forth to have them properly complete the work that I had already paid for. And he clearly did not see a problem if I had to do it over 4 more times.
Imagine if other businesses that you deal with used that excuse....
I don't know anything about Z1 (and they have not made any excuses here), but if there's a paid order, there are some reasonable expectations associated with it.
Note: anyone here should know/remember that there are two "Z1" businesses in the community - this one in NY and the other one in GA. Don't confuse the two, they are not connected.

When was the last time you, or someone you know personally, dealt with him? And for what part? Did you wait 7 months for your order? Just curious...I have had zero experiences with Z! Motorsports.
Funny you say that... I just ordered seats and harness' from him and most if not all of my parts on my car are from Z1. I'm still waiting for a Haltech. I ordered my INGS+1 bumper and skirts from him.
