Angry Please Help Me With A Site Sponsor!!!

Hello! I have ordered from Intense Power on March 4, 2011 and still have not received my item! I knew that Stance Coils were on back order but as of now I have already given them a lot of time already and on August I sent them a message on here saying I want a refund! Intense Power replied to me after some time and after I posted on some of their threads on here and said that they would refund me the money if I didn't get my coils within a week of that message! A week has passed and still nothing and now Intense Power is not answering any of my calls, PMs, emails, nothing! Its been 2 months of trying to get in contact with them!

Can't my350z do anything being that they have them as a site sponsor and I trusted Intense Power being a site sponsor on this site?

Please help! I'm down $1099 from them and that money is no laughing matter!

Your help is very much appreciated!

I just replied into that post as well.
Im glad Han stepped up and made the announcement.
Ive been aware of this for awhile.. sucks. But ive dug into every corner of it, and its legit. And i looked into it becuase i have eight grand in the float w that place.

You won't be able to see it. It's restricted to only Staff and the site owners. We're discussing it currently...

OP, check out Rudes link provided.. IMRs explanation is on that thread, posted yestreday.. we are all in the same boat etc.
They never got your money.. tied up w a maerchant vendor. Follow the link.

Thanks for the help and links guys but that says a span of 6 weeks! My payment was sent via paypal on march 4, 2011! And besides when i got thru their phone lines on june or july i was told i could t get my money back because they paid whoever is providing them their supply of stance coils already(togue factory i believe)!

Anyways, i do t think this statement applies for my situation unless the merchant withheld their funds for 6months already!

It believe it applies to you because you asked for your refund during the time period that their funds were withheld by the merchant company.

But why didnt I receive the product before that time they were trying explain about though? I wouldnt have asked for my refund if I got my product at a proper time or if i didnt have a hard time getting a hold of them! The order was placed early march and even on those months before the claimed weeks of problems i the product wat still not there! They were even promising everytime that the tracking number will be sent and kept hearing that thru may, june, july! So that part isnt really justifiable with this recent incident, isnt it?

take anything posted RudeG with a grain of salt...he's an extreme nut swinger of intense and is so blind that he will say anything to clear their name. Case in point are his recent posts.

7 months for coilovers is ********.

IP not getting credit card money is not the customers fault, its theirs.

they dug their own grave, let them lie in it and fill the hole already.

dude just call ur bank and get the money back, that's what i had to do. they're straight up scammers & liars!!! they strung me along over some paddle shifters for months. no contact accept to take my order then, nothing, then i finally get through and they tell me that a container has just arrived but Works Bell USA is lagging. so i call Works Bell USA(A-Spec) and they tell me not only that there's no container and that they did in-fact have a set in-stock, they also told me that IP hadn't ordered anything from them since last OCTOBER!!!

Yea, i was about to hit you up on driver bro! Kind of saw your post on one of their threads regarding those paddle shifter! Ill send you a PM on driver cuz I just want to get more details on actions youve taken! Thanks for chiming in!

Even though I work for Vivid, and we're a competitor of Intense Power... Han and the guys at Intense have always been great to me. I don't think that Han would be intentionally scamming anyone.

Han himself said to do a charge-back. Do that, and order from someone else.

Shoulda read up on em! It is what it is. I ordered Berk test pipes a couple years ago that took 7 weeks to arrive! No communication, no nothing from them, but I did get my stuff. Their customer service is crap tho. Patience!
