For what it's worth I talked to Pete yesterday. They have been out of the shop a lot so email is best.

Oliver gets in at 9 am MST.
Pete usually does as well.
If they are both working, the phones ring continuously.
If you call, leave it ringing for a few minutes, they will pick up, youre all just hanging up too fast.
You cant expect them to hang up on someone to answer your call, they take them in order.

Theres not enuff people there to take all the calls.

If youd like them to hire someone else, plz make all donations to my paypal acct and i will pass it on.
Also prepare to pay more for your parts.

Thier customer service is excellent, support after the sale, knowledge etc.
its merely the ability to reach them that has suffered lately.

feel free to buy wherever youd like.

Both listed shops in your post have multiple huge builds under thier belts , but if you require department store level customer service, youre in the wrong hobby my man.

Not saying the lack of return calls doesnt suck, but these same threads happen over n over, and they happen to include every shop who doesnt hug the forums nuts as bad as we all do, myself included...

the guys get PMs emails, phone calls all day long.. you cant get em all.
Alas, youre all free to buy your parts from ebay still.
I hear godspeed makes a turbo kit for 1500 bucks now.

jk.. .

But seriosuly, every shop has 5 hate threads..and a million good threads.
OP wanted to know how to reach em, and by posting here, someone did it for him.

luckily Petes a friend, so i text him about the thread.. Im sure everyone will again be contacted.

^why do threads like this have to be created in order for standard common services (pick up calls,/emails returns calls/emails) to improve all of a sudden?

heh heh. for sure... ^^^^^
They have 20k of mine... and Im not b#tchin, i see the work and i know how it goes.
Thats what im saying.. Im turning into a parrot lately..
i repeat, its a garage industry. It sucks guys , but its how it goes.

thread title: how to contact.

Answer to thread: let the ph ring for 5 minutes when you call. Put yer ph on speaker and keep fapping to this forum.. haha..and someone WILL answer you.

Just sayin, it works.

Nut huggin? Meh.. i mean sure, but in rality, im one of the few ppl who build that has stayed loyal to a shop and has reaped some serious benefit from that. I like to support local business in AZ as well, so yeah. I guess im a nut hugger.
Most ppl buy all over the place, build ZIP for indsutry relationships, dont further the sport at all, and complain about customer service.

again, to each his own. Buy where ever youre little heart desires.
