Default WTF happened to the quote button?

Is it just me? Unless I'm having a huge brain fart. There used to be three buttons. Quote / Reply / Edit. Now my quote button is gone when replying in a thread. What gives?

Nevermind, just realized that the reply button now replies with quote. Did it always do this? Maybe I'm getting senile in my old age.

Damn you Mike Wazowski!!! You're lucky Sully is around to protect you, or I'd pull a Randall on you.
