Yeah, I was talking about the engine and drive train. That's why I put the "ha" in the first sentence and something about I know my Eclipse was not exactly an Evo farther down in the post. But I can see why you may have been confused a bit about the chassis/suspension part from my wording.

And don't get me wrong, I'm not knocking the Evo or my former ride, the Eclipse GSX, either for that matter. They are great little cars and the AWD is great for slick weather like we have here in MD. But I just prefer my 350Z for a lot of reasons. But hey, it'd be a pretty dull and uninteresting world if we all drove the same car. There are a lot of ways to impressvie performance and they are all interesting in their own rights IMO. I'd love to convince my wife to get an Evo as our other car and winter beater. Instead of a...dare I say it on this website?!?....her...minivan. Believe me, I have tried to get her to give up her minivan, but she apparently does not have an ounce of sporting blood in her anywhere, ha.

I think Mitsu should offer the Evo turbo set up with 2.5L or bigger. Like Subaru. Some of us like a little more low end/off boost torque. And I liked the styling of my Eclipse GSX better than the Evo as well. But I realize the Evo setup is practical for rally car racing and the rules my restrict displacment as well. Not sure about rally car rules and classes.
