WHAT SEQUENCE SHOULD I DO MY UPGRADES IN FROM FI TO EXHAUST? How much HP can I expect to gain from either twins or a SC? Thanks for the help. I've been driving all non sports cars my whole life. Unless you want to count my Ford Escort ZX2!! HaHa. Thanks a lot, folks.
I am not Obi One, but train him I did. And think this, I do. Read the recent threads on the APS single and twin turbos. They are the best most complete kits on the market IMO. And have mucho More Power as well. In the standard untuned kits, better than 380 hp to the wheels with the single APS turbo available this May and better than 400 hp to the wheels with the twin Ts. Tune them and you can have better than 400 hp to the wheels with either. And that's as far as I want to personally push our stock engine internals. Later upgrade rods and pistons and you can easily be over 500 hp to the wheels with either APS kit.

Read the sacred scrolls threads above, you should. Then go over to 350Zmotoring.com. In the FI forum there are looooong recent threads on the APS single and twin turbos. Supplement what you will learn on this forum, they do. Read them, you must! I know they are looooong threads, but patience, young Jedi, summon all your persistence, you must! Very educational those threads are! Hmmmmnm, I sense the power of boost strong in this one...

And when you got APS boost and the red mist rises, always pray, "Oh Lady of Sacred Acceleration, don't fail me now....!"
Learn these lessons well, you must! Most all in life you need to know, sums up, this does.

Hey man, I am still a little fuzzy on what your goals are. I am a FI junkie here so I haven't seen much from the NA gains on the board. But maybe you should look into things like full exhaust/headers/plenum/cams and so on. You might be able to get your flywheel horsepower up around 320ish. Like I said I haven't seen much NA wise because I am going FI myself, but that is because I am making a freaking toy . With NA you will get some great sound, great reliability and my assumption, a good deal of horsepower. Hell they squeezed 10 HP out of the car from the factory making a "sport" G35... So I am sure aftermarket like I said you'll get into the 310-330 HP area.

If you still want FI... damn man I dunno there are so many more options (Of ways to do it not parts themselves so much.). Also I know people flip out about this... but apparently Nitrous isn't a bad alternative for our cars if you are looking for sprint power. Cheap and if done right, reliable. Just remember. FI, especially twin turbos, you can get done for say 8 grand to just get a kit bolt on and tune. But if you want to start adding all the bells and whistles, backup systems, and strengthen the car in areas (Tranny, rods, wheels, tires, brakes, LSD blah blah blah etc) lets just say I am rapidly approaching the 20k mark.

The APS single turbo is due out this May and will cost $5700. Figure 12 hours for a professional install. Tuned you easily get 400 hp to the wheels with reliability on stock engine internals. You're good to go. Only FI kit on the market with a fuel recirculation system and all the other good stuff you need to really do it first class and heavy duty in the standard kit. Just like a hyperdrive. You'll have stump pullin' grunt on the bottom end and lotsa mid and top range Atlas booster type acceleration. If you got a bit more cash, go APS twin turbo.

I agree, APS is hands down the most complete kit for those who just want to buy something and not have to get an extra part at all (as long as you don't approach the 550+rwhp range).

But, for those that would like a specific setup for fuel, specific setup for engine management, etc. APS is not the way to go.

Good point. Mixing and matching and integrating is fun and can result in a truly superior setup as well. It sorta sounded like EDDBOY1, who started this thread, is new to forced induction and might want an FI system that is more plug and play. As such, I think he'd really be blown away, if you pardon the pun, ha, with one of the APS kits.
