Default ?'s on profec e-01 and e-manage

I currently have my ecu reflashed (Technosquare) for PE 380cc injectors and the procharger. I am switching from the procharger to GReddy twins and plan on using the e-manage and profec e- 01 boost controller. Do I need to reflash my ecu to stock to use the emanage for A/F controll, or can I use the current reflash and tune from there? Also what options of data can the e-01 display ie.. boost, rpm, a/f ratio, and what optional harnesses do I need to display these options (especially boost and rpm)? Thanks

You could go either way in your situation. The good thing is your injectors are already scaled for 380cc's, so the emange will only have to scale from 380 to 440. The TS base tune probably wont hurt you, but you will definately need to retune with the eMange. THe only issue is that if the TS Reflash is running too rich, then you have no way to reduce fuel...unless you use a MAF correction, which is not advisable due to unwanted timing advance that will result.

So, if money was no object, I would change your Reflash to an OEM map, but then have TS keep the L-Spec upgrades, and have TS reflash your ECU for 440cc injectors.

Regarding your second question, all you need is the e-01 input signal harness, and you will be able to view and log additional inputs..like an AF sensor, or EGT.

Thanks, I was trying to save the 150.00 TS wanted to change the ECU back to stock form. I don't want to run just the ECU reflashed to the GReddy twins because I believe tuning with the E-manage will offer greater gains and I can control the A/F easier. Do you think it will be more benificial to get the ecu flashed to the L-spec. What is included in the L-spec reflash (speed limit removed, red line moved to 7200, throttle body at 100%) what else and what about the timing?

L-Spec includes throttle body 100% fix, speed limit eliminator, and raising the rev limit (if you desire).

Timing can be controlled via eManage.

did you remove the rev limit on your Z?
