Last night was nuts, When I was driving to the s2k gathering in linwood there were sections of 46 flooded. I had to drive through 1.5-2 feet of water. I'm soo glad I didn't put the aem v2 on.

 

get a by-pass valve and hook that **** up

 

even with a bypass valve it wouldn't have made it. Got a sony cd player with cd changer for the s2k today, its got the hottest remote. Ordered JL speakers. Yea yea!

What did you get done at ATX today?

 

nothing, got some issues checked out.... pullies are squeeking, cars making whistling noise when i drive, i think its the brake indicator telling me i need new brakes because when i hit the brake, the noise stops. then my exhaust... too loud i might put the stock muffler back on and here how it sounds with the turbo kit

i wonder how the stock 350z muffler sounds on the car with no cat with the turbo.... anyone have that setup?

 

In your sig you have Borla TD and you are saying it's really loud with the T-netics kit? hmmm..I have the same exhaust and it's not loud at all. It's very quiet.

 

No he switched to a custom 3" single outlet exhaust with an Apexi N1 turbo muffler.

 

What modification was needed to install the borla td? Can any exhuast shop do it for me?

oh my bad... i changed it to a 3" apex'i n1 with 3 " piping all the way out... feels like a big gain in HP... turbo spools up very fast

 

if you want to sell that single post up some pics and price - I might be inteested

 

No he doesnt have one but a 19" or 22" resonator may quiet it down some without robbing any power...

 

mia, where should i put the resonator if i do so? i already have the high flow cat under reduces noise to make it bareable for me. we placed the high-flow cat at the end of the downpipe with flanges so i can test pipe it when i want to.... any ideas on positioning of the resonator and which make?

 

Ditch the cat and put either a 19" or 22" resonator in its place....Magnaflow makes a nice resonator for cheap
