Are you referring to the o-rings on the injectors? I'm not sure if you would need to for that task since you're on the far side of the pressure regulator at that point, but it couldn't hurt. My take is that any time you're going to 'break the seal' on the fuel system, you should run the pressure release. It only takes a few minutes to do it, and the alternative is, well....not fun.

The O-ring that go at the bottom of the fuel pump to seal it. Im' not too familiar with it, but due to the O-ring expanded and wouldn't fit cause a fuel leak. I'm about to change a new O-ring. Hope I explained clearly

Yep, you explained clearly. Definitely run the pressure release procedure.

Did you do the modifications to your Fuel Pump Regulator? Or just clip the clips on the outside of the Walboro Fuel pump so it would fit?

He he...what he said. We chased the "richness ghost" in my car for awhile before calling it quits. I'm making great power and doing it safely, so I'm fine until I can piggyback it and tune.

Ok so even with the FPR modifications you are still rich, really rich. I guess I will be calling it quits as well

Well kcobeans car was an enigma for sure. My car was running to rich without the FPR mod but after the AFR was dead on. The Walbro was a last minute introduction to the kit if you remember. Honestly bro check your fuel pressure first. Its fairly quick to do with the right tools and will at least let you know where you are at. If you are at more then 55-58 PSI then you should DEFINITELY do the FPR mod.

Wonder how I am going about it though, I don't have the gauge or tools I guess to measure... Can't think of a shop around here that I would trust to check it correctly on top of working with my schedule since I spend alot of time at work.

So I might just do the fuel pump modification at this time anyway this Sunday... Drilling ain't so bad

If I may suggest it, AAM makes a fuel pressure adaptor block that fits right onto the fuel pressure regulator and includes a fuel pressure gauge. It's not an "in-cockpit" solution, but it will allow you to check your idle pressure and you can have someone watch your pressure while on the dyno. The adaptor is only like $100 and you can put it on yourself in about 10 minutes. We used it to check my FP and it's a great solution.

Would that come with their AAM SPec Return Complete Return Fuel System?

Not sure if it comes with the fuel system but I have the same fuel pressure adaptor and that is where my fuel pressure sensor is tapped. It then runs wires into the car and connects to my fuel pressure gauge... pics:

Well I def. will be considering it, along with a fuel pressure gauge then.

Also I sent back my ECU Monday to Technosquare, and talked to Brian before and after. He says I should be closer to 11.5 now, and def. agreed with the FPR modifications were most likely the reason for my richness. So I should be getting it back tomorrow, put her in and see how it goes... Since I haven't done the FPR mod yet, he said it may be erratic when it comes to my A/F.

But I had to send it back, cause my idle was way to low anyway and while driving my car on Saturday it had turned off a couple of times after sending my ECU last week for a re-flash.

Ahh ic...so your idle was set to 750? It should be at 900. Yeah a fuel pressure gauge would be very helpful...

Well below 1K the notches are kinda funny so I estimate. But it is much lower than before (or well after the first flash from Turbonetics).
