Well your idle should be at 900. Just barely below the 1 that is....

Mine is just below 1k, but it will sometimes drop down to 750 for a few seconds then back up to 900.

Yeah, talked to Brian and he said it would be no problem to raise it again.

Also I sent back my ECU Monday to Technosquare, and talked to Brian before and after. He says I should be closer to 11.5 now, and def. agreed with the FPR modifications were most likely the reason for my richness. So I should be getting it back tomorrow, put her in and see how it goes... Since I haven't done the FPR mod yet, he said it may be erratic when it comes to my A/F.

But I had to send it back, cause my idle was way to low anyway and while driving my car on Saturday it had turned off a couple of times after sending my ECU last week for a re-flash.
Stay with it,the tweeking can drive you nuts....
Your on the right track and will get there.

On the same lines, what do you guys think about adding a a plenum spacer to my car to try and lean things out a bit?

Haven't played with spacers but they have had good reviews and are cost effective.

If the plenum spacer and the Crawford plenum work the same way, then you can see that i'm not any leaner. You can see my A/F graph that i'm running rich as well.

So would we deduce then that with or without the spacer the ECU is using the last map (the RPM only one) to control fuel, and Airflow is basically irrelevant?

Yeah so did mine after the Turbonetics flash and before the Technosquare flash. Supposedly it will be back around there again

Yeah, there have def. been moments were I want to give up and take the whole kit off and go back to stock and trade the car in... But I always said whatever I get aftermarket gauges in I will be keeping till the wheels fall off It just sucks cause I can't take the needed time from work to really get involved in finding the kinks.

I was planning on as well to upgrade to the Crawford plenum when I went to get the EU installed and tune'd. Figure it will be more helpful then the OEM one.

I'm not sure the effect of the plenum spacer on the AFR, but I'd assume it would lean the mixture out slightly. I plan on eventually dropping in an AAM spacer, but that will be around the new year.
