Sungnamz,, to be clear on the #'s wasn't the car tuned before the latest dyno run thereby making the SSV gains a little suspect??

+1. Not trying to start a flame war, but those gains came from the tune and not the SSV IMO. Most vortechs are putting down 370-400 tuned. 330whp is what you had before the SSV and tuning, and that's what the vortech puts down out of the box.

I will agree the exceptional tune by Ryan at Speed Dreams made a big difference. How much? Unfortunately Ryan wasn't working for SD when the Vortech with V4 was initially tuned, nor was he there when I did the testing on the Kinetix IM "prototype".

Most of us out there with FI could probably find some extra safe numbers if tuned by someone who takes the time to do it right. Ryan did! CP Racing seems to be doing it right! I feel that the SSV, beside looks provided some extra RWHP, not to mention an increase in throttle response!

To put out some feedback from most of our SSV users is that they generally have to do some tuning after installation of the SSV.

A good before and after comparison can be made when you: dyno (with a/f curve) - install SSV - tune back to original a/f curve - dyno again

supercharged cars have been getting slightly better results than the twin turbo guys, but we have seen most twin turbo guys getting approx 18-27 hp with zero loss at any point in the curve.

Obviously it is more expensive than the plenum choice, and especially in NA that means it has a higher hp/$ ratio. We never to convince people to choose it over any plenum solution, we offer it as another option.
