Special thanks to Mark, Shawn and the rest of the SGP team. Mark spent the day tuning on Saturday and the results were very impressive. 615whp/ 597rwtq at 16.5 psi. Keep in mind the humidity was 45% and the temp was over 100 degrees. Less than ideal for maximum power, but that did not keep us from breaking the elusive 600 whp mark. BTW, I am NOT running a dual 3" exhaust, so it can be done with a 2.5", but I am sure the cams, headwork and open wastgates really help. I plan to upgrade to a dual 3" exhaust soon and will try for 650whp.
Here is what was done to the car (SGP Ultimate Longblock w/o sleeves):
Block oil passages cleaned
Block redecked
Block Bored and Honed using a Torque Plate
Crank balanced
Crank journals polished
New Main and Rod bearings w/ceramic coating
Pauter Rods
ARP Rod Bolts
CP Pistons 8.5 CR
Ceramic coating on Piston skirts and tops
ARP Main Studs
ARP Head Studs
Heads oil passages cleaned
Heads redecked
Ported exhaust and intake runners
JWT Upgraded Cams
Ferrera 1mm Over Valve Train
5 angle valve job
Valve Stem Heights set
Cold Clearance set
New Valve stem seals
New Nissan Head gaskets
New Nissan Oil Pump
New Nissan Cam seals
I also added an ARC oil Catch Can, Nismo Thermostat, Apexi Deaeration Tank, Koyo Radiator, ATS twin disc carbon clutch, custom wastegate dumps and a Samco hose kit. I had to take pics of the dyno sheets to post them and they did not turn out too well, so bear with me. This was done on a Dynamax load bearing dyno.

Thats incredible man. Those are the first pump gas numbers I have seen at those boost levels, props to ya.
You know I would love to hear your car on video or something, 615 rwhp w/ open wastegates must sound absolutely amazing.

I also have a short video with the wastegates opening if someone wants to host it. My pics are too large and I do not have the program to re-size them on this computer, so I might have to post pics and dyno sheets tomorrow morning.
Congrats t32 on your numbers. It has been a long time in the making. It just goes to prove that the Greddy kit with good engine management like HKS F-con realy can put down some good numbers in the hands of a good tuner.

A few questions for you....
How's your traction?
Do you have upgraded axles?
What clutch are you running and is there any issues with slipping?
Did you coat the hot parts and if so, what coating did you use?
God I can't wait to get my car back!

How's your traction? The same as before... what traction??? From a 4th gear roll it is good.
Do you have upgraded axles? Yes, I just got them. I have the 500hp ones from the Diveshaft Shop.
What clutch are you running and is there any issues with slipping? ATS Twin Disc Carbon w/ 1350kg Pressure plate, Type R, no slipping whatsoever.
Did you coat the hot parts and if so, what coating did you use? Yes, polyDyn 2500 degree coatings on the exhaust manifolds, turbo exhaust housing and downpipes.
The price - priceless
. Just kidding. You can check out the motor packages at www.sgpracing.com under engine packages for the VQ35. Go to the Ultimate Longblock. I did way over that package so let's just say I spent alot. PM me for specifics on the other parts.

You'll notice the second graph is easier to read. The car made power all the way to 6500 rpm's. We had it goint to 6200, but it was still making power, so we went to 6800. With the new exhaust, it should make power all the way to 7000 rpms.
