still works for me...it's in the drag racing section so you can just go over there and view it if you wish.

I posted a link in here because even though it's drag racing, all the FI guys don't head over there very often and I'm sure everyone would want to see this thread.

Great times. I read the other thread for launching tips. I still haven't taken mine to the track since the rebuild.

Nice job Brian.

Let me know when you want to get axles and a LSD.

Nice work.

Is this on a stock LSD? An aftermarket unit will likely drop a few tenths.

Bri,

That's some great times for a 93octane. Congrats!
He's still running the stock LSD. He's thinking about getting the auto final drive so he won't have to shift into 5th. I'm sure he can knock out a 11.5 with that on DR's.

Stock LSD.

An aftermarket LSD wouldn't really help in a drag racing situation since I'm already pulling a low 1.7 60' on radial tires..and should be able to hit at least low 1.6s with my E.T. Streets. The factory drivetrain sans the axles holds up great to drag lauches.

Honestly the only pointer I can give is practice, practice, practice. You need to find out what works for you. I personally do a nice little burnout and then rev to 4000-4500 and do a quick slip/dump on the DRs. On slicks with upgraded driveshafts is should be easy. Just heat up the slicks, rev to 6 grand and dump the **** out of it. If it doesn't hook, you've got too much pressure in the tires.

Bri, I bet you will drop a tenth on your 60ft with an aftermarket LSD. Currently, your power is not be transfered 50/50 between the drive wheels on the launch. The sotck LSD try's, but it cant do this....

Sharif, if is not 50/50 how did I break my two axles on a single launch? and yes I do have the OEM LSD.
Fito G35TT is doing 11.0sec 1.6sec 60ft with the stock LSD.

BTW people with NISMO units are breaking axles even on daily driving conditions. My advise is, get DSS axles and Forged Int has the best price
