Default L-spec flash / dealer raising idle

I have the dreaded rattling from the Vortech blower b/c my car idles around 200 RPM. Sounds like a diesel truck. I have the L-spec flash from technosquare, however, I want the dealer to raise my idle. When they raise my idle to between 600-700, will this "erase" the flash or cause any issues with the flash?

Make damn sure they do not upload any S\W upgrades to the ECU..!!

By the way I recently had a drop in rpm and had the dealer up the rpm. The drop came after I had some work done and I later found out the Air Breather hose (back of air filter) was not re-installed. I believe this could account for the drop in rpm..

Yes, the dealer can still adjust the idle, this is independent from wht TS does.

Also, make sure that tey don't go nuts and try to do you a favor by upgrading the firmware on your ECU. Pretty sure they won't, since TS gives you the latest available update anyway, so they will have nothing to upgrade.
