Default Max Turbonetics Power w 380 injectors/piggyback

How much additional horespower is available to me with my Turbonetics setup just by adding a piggyback and tunning without a return fuel system or bigger injectors? Could I get a true 385-90 rwhp? I'm @ 366 now. I'm looking for another 25.

Which piggyback is right for what I want to do.

Would I need to reflash my computer back to stock from the TN reflash before tunning?

Sharif? You listening?

I don't see any reason you could not get near 400hp, the vortech kits are using a piggy back system, stock injectors, and no return style fuel system making 400hp with the smaller pulley. I would suggest Emanage Ultimate or the new Utech system coming out here shortly.

or even a 3" straight through exhaust!!

If I remember right, you're still on the stock exhaust? I'd think you could gain quite a bit with a JIC style straight thru single 3". I don't know about 25whp but I'd think at least 10-15whp is available without tuning, even more with piggyback tuning.

Very possible, and like Sharif has said before... Pushing to close to 400 WHP without bigger injectors and fuel return is not a good idea.

Any what is all with the JIC, no love for the Tanabe

Yeah a 3" exhaust is going to net you some nice gains in the low end as well. I think Z phat Z posted a dyno graph where he picked up like 15-25 RWHP in the low end just by going from stock to modified Borla with the Turbonetics kit. WIth a piggyback you should be more the fine to 9 PSI and about 400. My car made 390 at 9 PSI with just bumping the boost.

My A/F drops below 10.0 after 4200 rpm and doesn't rise to 10.0 until 6300 rpm.

I could just add some boost via a boost valve to get a better A/F ratio without further tunning via piggyback. Correct?

Yes you could. I would get an exhaust on the car first....you may lean it out a little...
