Default Turbonetics reflash

Does the turbonetics reflash raise the rev limiter, remove top speed governer, etc? Will the car need additional tuning after the flash?

If you have a 6MT the rev limiter is stock but the governor is gone. It also has the parameters to open the throttle body 100%

Along with what MIAPLAYA posted, you can send it again to Technosquare to get the rev limiter bumped up some... I did, though only for safetly... I still shift before redline... I just didn't want to be WOT shifting and bouncing off the rev limiter (if done by mistake).
