I finally got around to installing my RC 650cc injectors, and did an EU retune with 93 octane fuel , and HKS 3 inch mufflers installed. This power is running through the stock 2.25inch-2.5inch Greddy stock downpipes, and a 3 inch true dual exhuast. So this is officially my "low boost" setting on pump gas. Higher boost coming soon......need to sort through a few things, namely, a new fuel pump system, and figuring out this head gasket/head lift issue that pops up at higher boost levels. The engine runs great with these settings
looks like it was pushing to 600whp if we took it to 7100rpm.
589whp/571trq @ 15.5psi 93octane map

589rwhp on "low boost"
Those are some pretty sweet numbers man. Are you gonna upgrade the downpipes to some bigger one's? Also, whats you're compression ratio, 8.6:1?
Keep us posted on your "high boost"

Nice tune. Do yo ustill have the stock rev limiter? it looks like the 29 hp jump at the end along with the AF jump are from hitting the rev limiter. Not that I am complaining I wish I had 560 myself

The rev limit is set to 7100rpm, but on this run, we tried to stop a tad early. I have no problem hitting the rev limiter...just feels funny at this much power, so we try to avoid it.
Gus, the jump at the end is not related to AF. We've tuned it at 10.5:1 and 11.5:1 and see nearly no change in power. The jump at the end is a little bit of boost creep, as I am still using the old Profec e-01, which sucks at high boost, coupled with some additional timing advance.
From my experience, the largest gains in power and trq come from timing adjustment, and only a little bit from AF...within reason for course.
Power drops off badly beyond 10.3:1 or richer...but you dont pick up much by retuning to 11.0:1

I was running 93 on this run. The 622whp run last month was on 100 octane at 16.5psi.
I dont feel comforting really pushing more boost, until we do a little more research on the head gasket seating issue.
