Default Guess on my hp

Here is what I have today:
APS TT, Stillen exhaust, Test pipes, 440 whp

Here is what I am planning (in order) over the next couple of months:
-5/16" plenum spacer
-RPS Flywheel and clutch
-Water Injection and raising boost to 11psi
-tune

I am estimating 515whp - any other guesses.

I will dyno in late March and post the results.

Your going to run over 500rwhp without a built engine?

Yes - I am not the first - many others have pushed up 500+rwhp on a stock engine.

Are you just guessing that you're at 440rwhp or did you tune it to 440rwhp? What boost are you running?

440rwhp was dynoed with the current mods, only running 9psi.

Just thought it would be fun to guess.

Okay, I'll be the first.......490whp. Bigbri has similar setup and puts down 550whp at 15psi with custom grind cams. Good luck man!

Mine was at 488 til it got retuned to 462whp. I kept getting boost spikes to 11psi so i had it retuned and they put it on the dyno without touching anything and it was making 488.

When my motor is built and waiting for install Im gonna get the 3.5"APS DownPipe/test pipes, plenum and retune for 10.5/11psi and see what happens. Hopefully just another 500whp stocker. Some motors can do it. Some seem to have an issue making power and still sounding or reading like they will hold together.

My guess would be a little shy of 500rwhp, may be a little above... really depends on the tune. Are you going to run 100 octane as well?

Very true many people have ran 500+ on a stock block.. It can handle it but you need a DAMN good Tuner!!! I predict you will be around 520-540 range

Bigbri has water alcohol injection and a great tuner. This is the main reason. Well, that and he has a huge set of *****.

Just to let you all know-
I will be using a Water/Methanol mixture to control detonation.
I have a boost controller and most of the time I run low boost when I am driving, I just turn it up on special occasions (race).
I will not be running Race fuel (that is what the water injection is for).
My main goals are to get a AFR of 12 and run 9psi and a big gain (this will cause a spike over 9psi for a short period). I will probably just run the higher hp for the dyno and not after since it is pretty rediculous power and I don't plan on getting biger than 275 on the rear.
