OK Im shaking!!! LOl They said it should be ready by the end of the day today. MAN IM SO NERVOUS!!!! I feel like Im getting married again! LOL

 

Update well I just spoke to Jorge and guess what boys and girls....another delay on his install. I can't believe it has not got done almost a month later....Sad

 

So sad now I have to wait till "Monday". I dont beleive them anymore. I should of been boosting by now.

In all honesty, I trust their knowledge and experience but i do not appreciate their Customer Service. I feel the nearly $10,000 we spent were not important enough for them or I feel that they think they could do without my business.

 

Im looking at all this pics on the forums and I cant stand the wait. I miss my car so much.

 

customer no-service these day in general is non existant. when you call a business the first thing you get is a phone tree, when you do get a human they want your last name first to get your info.

ONCE AGAIN 4 MORE HOURS. It should be ready no later than noon. Lets see if they keep their word.

 

Things just got complicated, I returned my fatehrs car I had been borrowing today and as of right now 7:38 am i have no car. I will take the bus (public transportation) to pick up the Z I think however no routes go near this shop darn. LOL Its all so complicated with this Z turbo install LOL

a month for a greddy install? that's ridiculous man. a local guy in the Z club here did it in his garage in 2 weeks. On freaking jack stands.

You really need to negotiate a lower install cost with them based on the freaking length of time they had the car, because it's ludicris. If anything YOU should charge THEM for your loss of use for 2 weeks!

 

Exactly! Finally someone agrees with me. Bad thing is that it is already paid in full since family bought it for me as a surprise.

Nope its not doen yet. My wife (turboliciousz) just says she is sure it will finally come out and all this will beover today. She is tired of my complaining.
