I remember someone else in the same sort of situation and had the RPS package as well. It was someone on the boards but I cannot recall who it was...Hopefully they can chime in if they see this...GL

The guys who did my install tell me that because of the splines in the steering shaft hook-up, it is pretty hard to mess up so that also tells me that is likely not the problem... In any case, assuming it is the issue, do you know how to reset the VDC system?
For the VDC light, just one rib off on the steering shaft and it can cause problems (been through this before). You can't mess it up completely, but it's actually easy to get it slightly wrong. Check it out.

What sort of symptoms did you have?

Mine works fine under all conditions except WOT (or close to it) and whenever it hits around 6psi. It will redline with no problems even under about 85%... It's only under full power- that is why I am leaning towards a MAF voltage issue.

That's the thing, I can't tell you the symptoms other than the lights were on because I suspected that it was related to that and fixed it immediatly before driving it hard. When I first installed my APS TT, I fired it up and drove it without any hickups whatsoever. Second time around, the steering shaft was off by one rib and it caused the brake and VDC lights to come on.

Best of luck and let us know...

Update:

Swapped out the wiring harness with no effect

unichip X1 driver was adjusted with no effect

Swapped out the unichip X1 driver with no effect

Called RPS who confirmed that they have NO COMPLAINTS from my batch of flywheels with regard to CAS issues (and since they are made in large batchs where are all are cut from the same piece of metal, if one had an issue, 40 would likely have the same issue)

VDC was TOTALLY disabled without effect

We are running out of ideas!!! Your help would be highly appreciated.
