Derek from DSport mag said Vortech is looking for a 06 350Z to test a SC kit on . He said he was not sure if it for a bigger blower , or a cog belt set up . They had the offer for a G35 and some one must have taken them up on it and now need the 350Z . I would call or PM Derek , or call Vortech them selves

 

Why don't these companies go and buy there own cars for R&D.

Lets see ...Maybe there is some one that doesnt have the enough money for a kit and the price to install and tune .

Lets see...Vortech makes kits for how many cars ???? I think thier parking lot would be full if they went out and bought a new car for every kit they make .

If companies like Vortech , Turbonetic and others didnt make offers like this , you would have alot fewer choices for FI .

You and I had the money it took to go FI . There maybe some guy out there that would never be able to pay for some thing like that . And there are guys that like to go a different route...be different.

Thanks for posting this Bill. They will use the vehicle to test fit their 2005.5/2006 Rev-Up motor production kit. I believe they already have a G35 to test fit and try and see if/how they can make the cog/bigger blower setup on my car. I gave Vortech a deadline(due too magazine editorial deadlines) of March 15th to figure out of this is even possible otherwise we might have to go with a TT kit and try to make it the quickest street-tire G35...Does anybody know the 1/4 record for the quickest street-tire G35?

I thought i had a chance to give them my Z for a kit but they told me they needed an 05 track or an 06 i have an 05 base that sucked could have a free sc kit o well

Vortech called me once on Monday and never returned my phone calls. I left 6 messages on his cell phone....
