I will try to get some pictures up today. Anyone have any suggestions as to how to get the timing cover off with all of that gasket sealer on it?

yes... work off the two notches on top to break the top of it loose.. then go around the entire timing cover jimmy'ing it to pry it loose and break the sealant.. i worked from top to bottom once of you meet both side at teh bottom it should pry right off.. dont forget to loosin the upper oil pan bolts as well

Just be looking in the hole in the block a piston is compkletely gone (and in the oil pan in a million pieces), the rod is bent and broken, and a valve guide is cracked. Im still trying to get the timing cover off.

I took everything off because I am getting a tubular front end made to locate the new radiator, intercooler, oil cooler, and transimission cooler while eliminating the composite radiator support and front crash brace.
