Yes it would be...its essentially machining the 60-1 Hifi housing for a 62-1 wheel. Similar to what SFR offers in their big turbo kit but with even more flow potential.

These days, EVO III 16G's are about $450-$500 each new. They've gone down quite a bit. You can actually fit a 20G into a TD05 housing, but they won't be true td06 20g's. You get a little laggier but more top end, it's pretty common for the dsms. You can also upgrade to td06's, they have the same turbine housing inlet/outlet and will still work with your existing hardware.

A 20G/TD06 combo would be hard pressed to make over 1000 WHP in a Z. Sharif is going to try with a 60-1/TD06 combo and he should make 1000 WHP but the TD06 turbine is probably going to run out of breathing room much beyond that.
