I agree with what Scott said. Each car is custom taylored to that customer so there really is no "best" persay. I will give you the hard facts though .

Most HP/TQ - mraturbo's G35

Most magazine coverage - Eagle1's G35

Fastest track times - Whatever Scott is driving

Don't discount you and your car's achievements. You have the Redline Time Attack Trophy for CalSpeedway, not me. For the BB530 set-up your car makes the most WHP/Torque thus far at the same level of boost.

As soon as your suspension is dialed in, your car should run the fastest lap times out of all of the VRT fleet.

I agree, for a track spacific car, your Z should be the quickest.

My car is no slouch I will admit that . Hopefully I will have the best lap times soon with my new springs and some more tuning days. I need to work on my driving as well. Thats a fact.

Every person who has a VRT car ought to be able to say, sincerely, that their car is the "best". And be correct. Because it is in fact the best car for them. There is no one size fits all best car. There is only the best car for you. Part of the process is getting to understand what that is, and being able to effectively communicate it, and then get it built. For this kind of money, there is no excuse for getting some baloney off the shelf stuff. It should be custom fit to you like a good suit from Saville Row in London.

What Bob wants, what Mike B wants, what Ty wants and what I want....are really significantly different, and our cars, side by side, truly reflect that. Yet every one of those cars goes like a bat out of ......., and we love it. Do I want Mike B's car? Not a chance. Do I respect it? All day long! What matters is that you take the time to really know what you are after, because only then can you get something that will satisfy you. Otherwise, you wind up getting out of bed one day and thinking....I shoulda done this or that different. And you feel like a fool. You should finish this process feeling like a genius, getting exactly what you need, and nothing more, and certainly nothing less.

The less you know, the harder it is for the VRT guys to figure you out properly for the "fit". They are customers too you know. The best customer they can have is a guy/gal that knows a TON about cars. But is also open minded to learning and sharing so that they can be flexibly worked with. I sure put some stuff on my car that I had not intended to, and now in retrospect am very pleased that I did. By the same token, with a few ideas of my own they got some good stuff to work with in the future.

My car was one second slower than Mike B's at Spring Mountain. But I am thirty years older.....so.......you figure it out. (Yeah, yeah, even thirty years ago Mike B would still beat me out for looks and charm...but I can dream. As Lee Trevino said...."the older I get, the better I used to be!")

Sorry about your injuries hope you are healing well. I envy the young Soldiers joining the military today, because they know what they may face and yet still choose to serve. I have about the same amount of money to spend and trust me it is so hard to let go of. I even got the approval of my wife and I am still hesitant. I guess my decision will be made when I decide what is best for the buck. i was suppose to go VRT while on R & R, but ended up in Vegas. Stillen is the safe route but 6gs and such little gain is what is keeping me back. A 5AT is also what is making me wait. Good luck on your recovery and best of luck with VRT. I just wished I l ived in CA instead of WA.

What up Rick? Hope you are well. We are all just lucky to have what we have and the opportunity to make our lives better. There are millions of folks around the world who dream of just eating and of living each and everyone our our lives for just ONE DAY.

Be safe man and let us know if we can help in the Future.

And Eagle, thanks for always communicating so well. Guess that is what you have learned with your Senior Rank?

Matt, it was great meeting you and Paul. I had a good time, if you have any questions please let me know.

I would have to agree with all the statements above, each one of our cars are great in their own respect. I am glad that we are going to add one more to the family.

Come on out to Cal Speedway on the weekend of the 20th. The SpeedVentures lads are running with the Porsche Club, during their three day tribute to LeMans. The course configuration is the Roval, which is awesome. You can **** a ride with one or more of the VRT cars that will be there. Just bring long pants and long shirt (cotton, no synthetics), and a helmet if you have one. Closed toe shoes as well. A few laps in this or that car will show you how it performs WOT down the straight, and of course the severe twistys of the infield. You will know not just the specs you are going to receive on parts, but what the car can really do on the track....as well as the "civility" when you toodle around on the street so the balance of that will be understood. That way you can give input on whether the balance is what you like, or you want it dialed down a touch for more street comfort, or ....gee what is all the fuss about...give me MORE performance, kick it up a notch boys!

I intend to be there and will certainly give you ride if you show.
Cheers.

No problem, anytime I can help. I agree with Ed the Cal Speedway event will be the sh*t. I will be there on Sunday only, but will for sure put it down as best I can, nothing compared to these other drivers from VRT.
