Hmm I was about to type up a long list of things to check but then realized you have the AAM system which I'm not that familiar with...maybe Sharif can lend a hand..

Default Fixed

Found the problem, the rubber bushing around the top of the fuel pump had exploded. LOL As you know the dealer ships are closed on Sat. and no auto parts store carry that particular fuel pump assembly so i had to go to a Ace Hardware store to get about 3 to 4 seperated neoprene washers to make up for one. But put the fuel assembly back together and now i have my normal fuel pressure 50 to 60 Fuel psi.
Man and I thought it was going take all day.
Gonna Post dyno sheet later tonight.

Great numbers!! Sharif is a wiz at tuning but i don't think he could have done anything for me since i have an overboost problem with my TN. How long have you had your kit? wondering if you have the new tube that TN sends out to those with the overboost problem or if you have the same one i have. if you have the same one, perhaps it is my exhaust causing the problem. i have to look into it.

just curious as to why you and alberto chose to use a return fuel system and are only making 400whp? Didnt really think it was all that necessary at that power level.

Well I I have the same one you have. I have seen the piping that solves the over boost problem.

I just figured any thing extra right now may have me going in the wrong direction in that way i mean over boost.

Because as you can see anything after that i really start to lose power and Tq.

I did it for safety, and because Ill be pushing a bit more when I get around to having the race gas map done. Also-I asked for a very safe conservative tune, my baseline TN flash only was 392/391 I barely beat that but my car is much safer now-it detonated bad on the TN flash. You cant always get caught up in peak numbers man, just because some people have the ability to push 450whp doesnt mean they want to

thanks, makes perfect sense. I also didnt realize that you were having detonation issues with the flash. That definitly sucks!

When we tuned De's car, the RPM pickup unit was not working correctly. So we had to generate RPM and tune the car via road speed. As a result, there tends to be a variance between actual RPM, and the RPM listed on the graph. I can assure you we ran his engine all the way to redline....many times.

I too was surprised with the stock exhuast system. But as we tried to raise boost further, no additional peak power was generated. We told De he had to get an exhuast before we raised the boost.

so basically unless you want to raise the boost the stock exhaust on the turbonetics kit will do just fine. dang why did i spend money on a new exhaust then...LOL =)
