If you're not planning the built up the motor, a headgasket replacement isn't very cost effective on the VQ. SO MUCH LABOR. You'd be better off getting another VQ out of a wrecked 350Z and having a shop (NOT THE DEALER) swap it in. I gaurantee it would be cheaper...and you'd have a core or starting point for a built motor.
