opinions on bored out 3.8 liter darton sleeved blocks?

I have the same thoughts, I have mine is sleeved and I stuck with 3.5L no need to go with 3.8L just tweak the boost up a little and you will more than make up for it and not have any concerns. I also took the safe way thinking that if anything goes wrong I can still bore the sleeves and rebuild. I can't wait to get it finished.

100mm is the maximum to oversize with the darton sleeves before this theory could potentially become problematic... I think at 100mm, yoy are sitting pretty... larger displacement, more power..without compromising the integrity of the bottom end...IMHO

I am thinking about 21 hours to do the Brian Crower set up... I am looking into that as well but when all said and done you are most likely looking at around 10K or so....
Gonna need new bearings, bolts, might as well do the heads while you are in there as well and throw Darton sleves in there...
I might have to wait on this and go for the VB upgrade, 2.87 pulley, 34 tooth CoG pulley, AAM return fuel, Walbro FP, and 440 injectors before I do the BC upgrade...
