Anyone using Turbo/SC + Nitrous?
Built block of course but I am just curious. I guess the good amount of torque with very little lag there isn't much of a need for nitrous.
the turbo should spool up alot fatser too!!!
what I really want to see is a G35X w/ nitrous. spray it right out of the hole!! it would be sick.
a bet an otherwise stock g35x could run a 12.2 on a 100-125 shot!!!

A guy in guam has APS TT and uses nitrous. It's the white Z with huge budweiser logo on the side.. He is pretty active here, so he might chime in... Oh yeah.. I can't believe his auto tranny is still functioning... Crazy...

Look in the video section under "11 sec run 5AT-APS TT "His name is KIM from Saipan. Also has some good info on his setup.

He uses N20 because its relatively easy and inexpensive to set-up, and mostly because the poor guy cant find a UTEC tuner in BFE, so instead of upping the boost he only runs 10-11psi and sprays....whatever works, he runs 11's in an auto so not bad, although the car has MUCH more in it.
i am not using the nitrous to spool up faster, i am using it to get that immediate torque on the launch that turbos have to build up.
i am thinking about two to three weeks, it will all be done and i will start breaking axles!!!
everything takes sooooooo llllllllloooooooooonnnnnnnngggggggggggg.....

but without the axle breaking part

you really can't build boost without a load against the engine.
you can do it in an auto, but not a manual. You can try to get enough exhaust velocity in a manual by revving it up and down, but it makes it very hard to launch consistantly.
Jeremy,
are you aloud to run multiple power adders in the class you want to run? if so, the nitrous will be awesome. I think NOS makes a pressure sensor thatyou can use to disengage the nitrous at either 7,10, or 15 psi. that is perfect. the nitrous will shut off once your turbos are fully spooled.
