Petition for Vortech Supercharger
Alright, since there are quite a few people lately talking about how much they'd like to see a Vortech Supercharger for our Z's (I am one also), I'm starting a petition. Everyone who would like to see Vortech make a Supercharger for the Z, post your name, your e-mail, and where you're from (not full address, just City, State), and if we get a lot of people's names, I'll send it off to Vortech with a letter. If you'd prefer, you can PM the info to me.
A petition might not make a bit of difference to Vortech, but you never know. Even if they are planning one (which they may be) a petition will just reinforce that they're making the right decision (and maybe get it out the door more quickly.

its not that Vortech isnt going to make a SC kit,
it's HOW is it going to fit?
the crank for the engine is dead center of the engine, where reaching it would be difficult to route the belts to a fairly large centrifugal blower.. then you have to worry about WHERE you are going to put that snail, have adequate distance for a safety BOV, AND the MAF sensor.. all crammed into an engine bay where even regular turbos are going to have trouble fitting.
i would LOVE if vortech attempted a kit, then i could just buy the bracket and move over my V2.. but it will truly be an engineering feat to see them put one in that engine...
