Hmmm It might have been me ... I called TN a few times back in March just to get some of their opinions on the fitment of a T-72 DBB (because I wanted more than a T-66) with there T-60 kit (with alterations obviously) and we were dicussing what would have to be changed, modified, welded, and if in fact it would even be worth it or possible starting off with there T-60 single kit as a base and then altering it. I was inquiring about the T-72 DBB possibility and what would they thought because I had plans of assembling a fully built, Darton sleeved, 3.8L, Head Games worked Heads VQ in a 350z and was considering my FI options and wanted to try something a bit different than the FI kits that were available at the time. I had worked on a number of MKIV Supras and the T-72 DBB seemed at the time to be a decent option for a big single on those cars so I figured why not try it on the VQ with an altered TN single kit. Laggy ...... I know but it might work out to be a nice setup for the roll patrol

But my plans since then have changed so I won't be doing that or building a 350z/VQ for that matter as I have decided to go in a different direction with a different car ..... but hoping for similar or better results .

So they (guys at TN) might be thinking of that ...... Or it might be someone else that is actually doing it so good luck and more power to them can't wait to see the results.

-Jon

I had a T70 but that was on a custom turbo kit for my 350z.

Someone on this board now has that custom kit and I dont know what they did with it.

I dont think the piping/wastegate config/etc on the stage 1 kit are even worth modifying for efficiency on a turbo that large. IMO, I'd wait until the stage 2 kit came out and see about ordering a larger turbo if need be (although from what I heard on these forums a good while back, the one with the kit will be good for 700whp or so)...
