Default Injector issues. Anyone install their own CJM fuel system??

I'm installing my CJM fuel return system, but i'm stuck. Can someone tell me what i'm doing wrong? I'm not sure if these 440 injectors i have are the correct ones or not? I can take more pictures and have them posted of anything that would help someone show me the way. Here is the thread and ebay auction i bought them from. https://my350z.com/forum/showthread.php?t=220253

Notice the gap where the bolts holding down the fuel rails are. Where they are now is pretty tight. I stoped because it didn't seem right. Maybe i'm missing some washers or my injectors are too tall?

Your spacers are wrong for sure.

and when you get the spacers right, make sure you're going to clear the lower plenum. I had to grind my lower plenum, but then again i was running 1000cc's.

The spacers look thin but also check to make sure you don't have too many orings in place, if you didn't make sure the old orings were out and put injectors with new orings you might have two instead of one.

Those spacers are stock and were there when i pulled off my stock fuel rails. Was my kit supposed to come with thicker ones? The Orings are correct. Can i just use a few extra washers?
After PMing the seller of my injectors, he said i needed clips to make those work. For some reason i was thinking that i wouldn't need clips with an aftermarket fuel return for some reason? Maybe that was with bigger injectors or a differenct brand or something? I'm retarded. Can someone help me out with clips? I need these next day air if possible. I'll pay for it of course.

Sharif sells the clips for $60 or something, try him. Your kit should've come with thicker spacers, at least my AAM kit did. You can just use some washers, that's what I did with mine.

What about the rails? I'm looking for write ups on installs and stuff, but haven't had any luck yet. Notice the rail on the right is a bit longer at the end. I have a fealing that they are backwords after looking at the CJ Motorsports web site.

Edit: I just PM'd Sharif to see if i could get these clips next day air to me. As well as a few other things i need quickly. Gaskets, couplers, and a missing oil return/feed hard line for my Greddy TT kit. If anyone happens to have any of these things, mind hooking a brotha up?

No they're right, they're supposed to be like that, one shorter. There isn't any other way to put them on.

"If you have the stock injector clips you will need to purchase the RC injector clips for these injectors to work. If you are using the Greddy Twin Turbo Kit then you do not need the clips."
This quote is talking about the RC 440cc injectors i have. I bought my Greddy TT used w/o injectors. That's why i bought the 440's seperate that i have now. If they came from a previous kit, i don't see why they don't work... I'm stuck

Pulled this quote from here. http://www.importpartspro.com/rceninni35g3.html

Maybe i'm getting "clips" confused with something else? The injectors fit correctly in the rails and in the motor. No issue there except the spacers are small and i'll need to add some washers. What i'm concered with is in picture 2 and 3. The male and female connectors are different shape. New 440 Injectors are square and the stock connectors to hook them up are round.. WTF? Or will a "clip" fix this? Help

You'll have to cut the OEM "clips"-the injector plugs- off, and solder/tape the RC ones on. Then get some washers to that you don't crush your o-rings when you tighten down the rails, and you'll be all set.

GReddy TT kits come with new clips for the RC injectors that are also included in the kit. We're now a GReddy authorized dealer, If GReddy has the parts you need Subrwho, I should be able to have them overnighted to you, just let me know what else you need. I may be able to get spacers for you too as the GReddy TT kit's come with those also.

If you don't believe me you can ask Sharif at Forged and he'll tell you the same thing, he's who I ordered that kit through before we became an authorized GReddy dealer. I'm sorry you're frustrated but, I'm trying to help you, no need to slam me on the boards.

Ah sweet! Thanks! I need these things like yesturday. While i have you here, are you able to get ahold of a complete gasket kit for the Greddy TT? I'd rather not reuse the ones from my used TT kit i just bought. Also looking for four 3" exhaust flanges and two 3" gaskets as well as a hard oil return/feed line that connects to the turbo. One turbo came with a hard line that was pretty long and sort of a crooked Z shape. I believe the one i'm missing for the other turbo is a bit shorter?

Everything all sorted out? Use the RC spacers included with the greddy kit, or the injectors. I have RC injector clips if you need them..just let me know.
Or Gary can get them for you...all good.
