All GT-K turbos include completely new designed HP Compressor wheels made from 354 heat treated aerospace aluminum and are manufactured using Hot Isostatic Processing to increase wheel strength. The F1 turbine wheels used in the GT-K are made of 713C Inconel and are 10 bladed units. All turbine housings are cermaic coated and all compressor housings are Perma Coated Black Chrome. If you build the motor Stage 2 will be waiting. And will either be running a GT-K 500 or GT-K 650

05 Revup kit according to the catalog can be ordered 15169 w/o cat 15170 with cat. Stage 2 update is that a GT-K will be used. Injectors will either be 630cc or 810cc. Fuel return system. Thats all I have for now. I was told final tuning on the Stage 2 will start next week so expect final details end of next week or early week after.

So are the 325-1000 numbers rated according to how much power they rate at?

Turbonetics is sure stepping their game up !!

I was looking at those pics of the 240SX. I bet alot of the "hot" pipes are straight off the Z/G kit, although the turbo sits at a different angle, but that is easy to change to TN.

To answer some of the questions. Yes the names for the most part describe the power output. I posted power ratings at the top of this thread for each turbo.

Surge holes do go all the way through to the compressor wheel. Stage 2 will have either a GT-K 500 or GT-K 650.

Don't know how big the downpipe will be.

240, yes most are from Z kit.

I don't know if they have tried to test fit it yet to be honest. It might. I'll have to ask Reggie tomorrow if they have tried.

The 05 Stage 1 kit comes with a reflash and no the Stage 1 doesn't have a GT-K turbo. Its the same 60-1 Stage V ceramic ball bearing turbo.
