I know at least one other person has one of these, hope he doesn't just slap it on without looking at the clearances!

 

You wouldnt believe the sound when you do it . LOL If you seen the pics of the jackshaft afterwards , you can amagine the squeel I heard

 

Well that sucks.... What about the 2.8 won't fit? I have one sitting in my garage and was going to put it on after I get the 440's installed. I am glad I checked here again before just installing it...

What clearances are you talking about? And if these were made for the Vortech shouldn't Riechard know this? I toldthem the application I was going to use this on before I ordered it... Might see if I can exchange for a 2.9 (if that would work)

 

It will rub up against the jackshaft . Search my old posts for thread about it . Think it was call ...2.87 doesnt work......or something like that . Oh...I think there is a link to it earlier in this thread .

 

Ya man the 2.80" is no fit, it is even a btch to get it on!!
You should see if they will return it for you!
