All PCV are connected I never removed them I was a little buzzed and didn't post correctly
I thought that maybe since I took the oil cap off I affected some kind of pressure but that was a stupid idea..I was reaching at the time, however it was very strange that the smoke bomb went off exactly when the cap came off. I started the car but it wont smoke and its running fine as of now. I have not been using a catch can and the one I ordered arrives in a few days so it possible I have a oil build up in the Inter-cooler and maybe it saturated my MAP sensor causing it to sense less pressure and not adding as much fuel? hehe reaching again. Well more to follow tomorrow. Sleep time.
Pun I think the smoking on the highway was due to me not having a catch can.

I dont use a catch can and let my breather hose vent out the bottom of the car . I had the same huge white smoke cloud out the back of the car when in boost . Figured out later , that the oil came out of the dip stick tube . This could have been your problem also . Ive never seem or have evidence of oil coming out of the breather hose . This could have been what happened when you took off the oil cap also .
A larger amount of smoke from your oil filler neck is a pretty serious issue. It could be something simple, like a clogged PCV valve, but more often than not, a piston or two are damaged, or rings.
I would do an immediate compression/leak down test right away. Don't drive the car until you solve this.

^ Agree. Usually if a ring is damaged oil will by pass and cause the car to smoke. Another way to check for a blown head gasket is to remove your radiator cap and turn the car over. If Antifreeze discharges, tell tell sign of head issues. From what I am picking up that is not the case though.

wow never heard a Turbonetics head gasket go boom story before. My oil looks ok and the coolant level is about the same. Can I drive the car 4 miles to a shop? I've never seen a blown gasket before so I don't know if it matter if it seems like a small leak or not.
If there is smoking coming from your oil cap, and you are saying its whitish, and you smell the sweetness, then the gasket is done. My guess is that as soon as you drive it, will quickly start to overheat. Driving it is a risk either way, so I dont want to suggest that you do it.

Smoke from exhaust is sweet, car runs a little lean (Idle) the A/F gauge likes to go to 16-17 range sometimes. It's not a constant smoke but its there. It all fits tho cause when the smoke went everywhere initally it makes sense now because it could have been leaking out the sides of the block. I just flipped out and must have missed the smell.
How are the GTM Turbo cams compared to anything...lol that's the one part I'm not sure about.
