Dude, its alot colder since you had it tuned. i know carv2 didnt remove the limiter. you might want to take it back to the shop that did the install so they can check it over, or take it to carv2 for a retune. you might want to look at a new boost controller also. the unichip bcs can be some-timey.

 

ok guys if im not doing 180 im doing 175 min. Either that or my speedometer lies to me. I F und it hard to believe thats happening, I have 20/15 Vision (better than 20/20) and I can see it going right past 160 reaching the farthest it can go & still accelerating the needles goes all the way to the side of the odometer doesnt go any farther & you can feel the car keep pulling.

 

ur wheel size has put off the speedo. its pretty simple.

 

And you DO have 20's!!!!

 

Next time just watch ur digital guage, it'll go past 159 for sure and you wont have to guess ur top speed.

He has a G35 which doesn't have any of those gauges that the Z has.

 

Maybe I am wrong about this but if you have 20's which are bigger than stock if the speedo reads 160 wouldn't you be going even faster than that which means in your case your saying 190 in reality???

Who cares how fast you go, your not supposed to push your car if you have problems. If you are driving in excess of 150+MPH and your engine goes due to an over boost problem you could hurt yourself or others. Get your car in a shop and have them verify what the problem is if you can't do it yourself before you rack up a 10K bill.

 

I've hit the rev limiter in 6th gear in my car which is about 186mph. Unichip and a bone stock ECU, no reflash...I don't know how to explain that...
