Default Any possibility of squeezing more TN power?

I am in the process of getting a built motor with 9.0-1 compression and GTM Turbo cams. Since my car will be OOC for about 3-4 weeks is there anything I can do to get more power out of the 60-1 for now? Or should I just wait for the GTK?

I would wait for the GT-K personally but you COULD have the turbine housing extrude honed for a little better flow. If you put a different turine housing on you'll need to modify the downpipe to make it work. If you do that the Stage 2 turbo won't bolt up and you'll need a different turbine housing for that. Not worth it IMHO. Especially since all the GT-Ks come with ceramic coated turbine housings anyways...

How much longer are the next stages and the GTK going to take to get to market? I don't follow the TN stuff but it seems like it's been in the works for a while.

The GT-K turbos are shipping starting in January... They were just released to the general public at SEMA. The development has been for a while since these are 100% new design compressor wheels, compressor housings, and turbine wheels.

I don't think bolting in a GT-K turbo is going to do much unless it's combined with a 3" downpipe. The 2.5" downpipe = for more power.

Rob, any idea when we'll see. Can you get them to give you a date? Explain to Tn that you need to sate the ravenous G/Z owners with some kind of priduction date...or at least a date for specs? PLEASE!!!!

Yes, as we all know 2 people constitute "everyone"

"there TN" doesn't go boom anyway, it's their abused motor.

Andrew trust me Turbonetics checks the boards. They know people want the info. But they can't release info if they don't have the final design and settings done yet. I don't have an ETA sorry to say but when I do I'll post it.
