Sentry..... Go to NAPA man.... Much better belt and it does not stretch!... I have not had to tighten it once since installation... over 15K miles.

yeah I probably will. I'm considering one of those new pullies too for the extra grip, but at this point just happy to have the car back so I'll probably hang back and see how it does on other people's cars

I might call on Monday and order a 3.0 pulley and give that a try until I get a return fuel system and new injectors to run the 2.8

triji, would you happen to know which napa belt? and with the 3.12, should i be thinking about switching out my injectors? and right now my exhaust is stock, if i switch it out to something less restrictive, like the HKS hi power, do i need to go back to the dyno for a retune?

$HIT *****!
These pulleys WILL NOT FIT OUR KITS!
Buy at your own risk!
I try-ed to kit a 2.80" it rubs near the mounting bracket!!! NEAT!!!
Booger had this problem with some of the smaller Vortech pulleys also, they are too wide!!

These don't have enough material to machine any off to get the clearance we'll need!

I dug this up from the dead, I don't know if this is only the 2.80" or all of them! https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....ortech+pulleys

Yes that was my 2.87 . Pulley . It had to be milled down to fit . Some of the others that had ordered the 2.87 from Vortech , got thiers milled and re-anodized already . ANy one that orders a very small pulley like that [ no matter the manufactorer ] needs to make sure it fits and turns freely after its on .

Can't wait to see how this new pulley works out. I'm trying to figure out if my belt is slipping up top or if the clutch is the culprit. I'm guessing the belt, but the clutch is going to be replaced either way.

If you have a way to log boost on the street . You can tell if its the belt or not . Boost will flatten out on the log and just spike and fall real quick
