kit is decent aside from the cast manifolds, but the customer service at PE usa is absolute garbage. Incompetence to the max.

Just because of that, I'd avoid the kit.

After what I went through, I'll never, ever, EVER buy another PE product, and sure as hell never admit I have a PE product on my car.

Great price. The PE kit comes with great quality parts nothing that will fail on you. Is it the cast manifold updated kit? The custumer service is getting much better then it used to be.

as of 3 weeks ago, it was horrendous. I'd avoid having to deal with PE usa at all costs.

You can trade your SS manifold for Cast ones. When I called them to buy new cast ones they were under the impression that I had new SS ones and wanted to trade for the cast. Great price!

Strait swap (you have to pay for shipping, and have proof of purchase)

You try making more power with 380cc injectors and 8.8 compresion from a 3.7L block!

After using two sets on built engines. i will never use them again due to the following facts:

1-the actuators are set for 4Psi only which is very conservative even for stock engines

2-Maximum boost you can get is 9 Psi on standard Actuators.

3-These turbos they will never make more than 510 RWHP no mater what you do and that with cams. the other car has the same engine specs but no cams and it only made 470RWHP at 1.1Bar of boost.

4-On high boost level, they make so much back pressure witch makes a lot of heat that leads to engine failure when the car is under boost for extended time (track use).

Now, i have to admit that it is a very good setup for stock engines not pushing more than 440 to the wheels and they have virtually no lag due to the fact that they are tiny, not to mention Dual Ball bearing.

Wrong my friend! My springs are 9lbs and boosting 11.5 witha boost controller, and making 470rwhp on a Dynojet, with a bone stock motor. You'll be surprise what these little things can do. Once again HP dont mean crap if you cant put it down.

What the hell are you taking about I have pushed over 13psi with this kit with the stock spring and test pipes. Just need some bigger injectors and 550+ here I come.

it's not like we're not talking ubur huge amounts of power or anything though

I'd rather keep the stiffer stock strut bar, lose 10 lbs, and have more available mounting places for things, and have quicker access to the fuel injectors than gain 5 tq or whatever with a spacer or crawford plenum

is that a minor oversight? one would think if you built your motor you would automatically get bigger injectors
