isnt sts supposed to be the cheaper alternative... i think i remember thats how they marketed in the beginning when they first came out... i was honestly expecting under 5k retail cause if its higher... everyone would rather a greddy TT or turbonetics or aps single.
This is what I told them, it seems to be falloing on deaf ears, and their swearing by their market research department, as opposed to actual 350Z people like myself..We all know all of the Turbo kits are whored out already, there is no way anyone will pay $6000-7000 for their kit, even if it comes with an Asian Hooker with no teeth..
didn't it come with a UTEC though? and a FMIC? This might account for some of that extra cost...although, maybe not still fully justified. If it doesn't include those, then wtf?
Ok i have heard from a pretty good source that it does come with u utec that is already tuned for the car. So no tuning at all!! Also the utec will have 2 diff. applications for high and low boost!! So I have been told from sumbody at STS!! Also I have been told a few months back that they were gonna be around 3500$. Now im being told 5500 and thats a little 2 much 4 me. But this kit will come with everything from injectors to a utec and IC Everything u will need!!

Having a base map does not in any way REPLACE tuning done specifically for individual cars by individual professional tuners. I have no idea what you're saying, but. . . . . WTF. . . .

OK guy I am telling u what I have been told over the phone from people from STS SO WTF!!
Or maybe STS doesn't know anything about tuning . . . . . just maybe?
Also yesterday they went out and took some videos of the Z playing around and some in car vids that they said will be posted up here shortly on there website instead of that whack *** 1 that last 4 a sec!!!
