Mark is a genious, sometimes I think he needs to expand because there may be a little too much on his plate
I could not agree with you more. There are actually a few new guys at the shop who have been great to work with. You can tell that they really focus on customer service. If you want your car done super quick forget it, they take their time but do a terific job at covering all the little details. The place was packed full of Z's when my driver went down to pick up the car. It won't be too long before we see a VQ pushing four digit power figures and my bet is that SGP will be the first to pull it off.

That's a pretty safe bet I'd think, due to their monster Supra background. When I was there getting my car tuned, Mark showed me a dyno of a Supra they built. I don't remember the exact numbers, but it was well over 1000whp.
I bet if a customer wanted a "no-stops-pulled" buildup for 1000whp, money no object, they could come fab up something to get them there.

Performance Motorsports and a place in NJ are already in 4 digits
Low boost TQ (13-15psi)is 556rwtq at 3700rpm (dyno-pack, I'll get dynojet #'s soon)
High boost TQ (18psi)is 636rwtq at 3800rpm
I really want to see you on a Dynojet, because I have never seen any FI Z have peak boost 1000 and 1100rpm's before stock TQ peak (4800rpm), the dyno is obviously being loaded before the dyno pull, only downside to comparing a load based to a Dynojet where the only thing you can do to the numbers is change the correction.
I was hoping to be one of the first with 4digit power numbers on a full street car. Not sure if ill make it but i think it will be close.
I can only assume it is only a short matter of time. There are a # of shops/people heading in that direction... But only time will tell.
Unless something truely unexpected occurs, I think by summer you will be seeing these #'s on a street car... Running C18 of course
