Default which gauges?

So guys i just purchased a AEM wideband and 3 gauge piller for my supercharged z. I need two more gauges. I like defi, but dont wanna go that pricey right now.. I'm spending quite a bit on suspension and tuning as well as maintence on the car.

I'm not looking to spend $150 on just a boost gauge or same for EGT/ Fuel pressure. Can someone direct me to a brand name or store that sells em?

I'd just like a simple plug and play...BTW i have the kinetix SSV, is there a certain boost gauge , or setup that works with it? or all will work? please help me out here!

However, Are ALL boost gauges the same as far as functionality? what does defi mean by stand alone? if i went with something like this what am i missing?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BLACK...QQcmdZViewItem

I'd obviously want and need a Boost gauge but I'd like a recommendation on one.

What is the next best gauge to get? EGT , fuel pressure?

Do it right the first time. If you want a reliable, good quality gauge, don't waste money on something cheap. Also, any gauge that doesn't have a peak feature (warning is also nice) is worthless since there's usually no way you can keep an eye on gauges while you drive.

EGT is worthless these days. Since you have the AEM, you're good to go there. Your other options are boost, oil temp, oil pressure, water temp or fuel pressure. All are good to have, although I think fuel pressure should be one of the last on your list.

Autometer Nexus gauges are very nice; I've got the vacuum/boost, the oil pressure, and the oil temp. As soon as the WB A/F is available, I will get that as well. However, they are rather pricy.

+1 Sometimes it sounds like they broken . Great looking, get you to change colors and have nice peak, hold, recording functions that you can log and save to the computer as well..... But they expensive.... the money for a boost gauge and its controller box, you could buy a bunch of other gauges that work just as well....

...regardless, they look awesome.....

The link you found look nice too, and great price!!

I have the Prosport electronic boost gauge sitting in my trunk. Hopefully, it will be in this week and I'll take a quick video of it and some pictures to show you the quality of it. It looks good from what I can see so far. Now how it performs/lasts is another thing...
