Default Fuel Return DO or DONT?

I am getting ready to install a TN kit for my 350. I have been told I should get the fuel return system.

How important is this, I see some people dont have it some do. What are my issues and risks?

i dont understand how u cant have one... maybe im not geting ur point. anyway if you ARE doing a fuel return i suggest getting a aam oil pan or a spacer with taps already in it. it will save u time while giving you an upgrade at the same time.

No needed, as Bert mentioned..if you keep the boost level stock. Might not be a bad idea, to get a UTEC and have your TN kit optimized for your particular car. That's about it.

I am having the UTEC installed on friday. I plan on picking up the kit sometime here in the near future, I want to get my shopping list straight before I make my final purchases. I am going to stay with stock boost as far as I know, I am not up on the TN kit completely, I am doing research on it at the moment.

The guy I am having install it says I will be running around 8lbs boost.

I think that is stock. He says that I might have fuel issues where I wont be pushing enough fuel for the boost. I thoght that was what injectors were for and a walboro 255. That is a heck of alot cheeper than 1K for a fuel return system. I dont plan on going big, this kit is about it.

i just like cars leaving my shop done right and not having any issues, i always recommend the way stuff should be done and then offer the way things can be done.

i had one car where on 440s and stock fuel pressure, we have some issues up at around 6500+ with the injectors keeping up, so a return fuel system is in his near future.

What about all the drilling to the fuel canister in regard to the TN kit? Is that really needed?

BTW there is a AAM base return kit for like 500.00 I believe, I would look into that.
