Default Some people should not be allowed to FI on there car

I know most of you guys know i sold my car, i sold to a friend, that was very into honda. This car is totally different!!
When i got my car back, i noticed it was dieing on me when i would stop, and finally it through a check engine light "bank 1 too lean". Lat year i re tuned for the weather and had to lean out the car, because it was running to rich while cruising it was throwing a bank 1 to rich code. So obviously the car just needs a tune. I told this to the kid, and he is TO CHEAP TO GET IT DONE, he believes pulling off the battery terminal will fix it and is ragging the hell out of my old BABYHe told me " i think im gonna turn up the boost" WTF is this guy doing, he told me it doesnt feel like 426@7.5psi, because he saying the boost gauge is only going to 6psi. I never messed with that boost controller. The kid has a 3000k credit card, i said go to jotech and pay 500.00 for a tune, he said that money is for if the motor blows?? WTH...for 500.00 it wont blow...

I love my new car, but it hurts to see my baby just get dogged, i swear 2-3 months from now, if theres no retune, i hate to say it, but i think its gonna blow when we get summer in texas or this kid is gonna wreck it.
SOME PEOPLE NEED TO STICK TO THERE HONDAS AND FWD. I should have known this car wasnt gonna be takin care of, the kid has 2 hondas that are motor swapped, and all rigged, only 1 runs

Some people just need to learn the hard way.

I really would not care about it. you got your cash so move on and dont sweat it. Past cars are like past girlfriends:

Thats why you never sell the car to a friend or anyone who lives in your town.

I'm sorry to say but your friend is a loser. He's 27, without a real job, and mommy and daddy bought him his car? That should tell you something. The fact that this guys doesn't value himself and his future doesn't surprise me that he won't do the same for your old car. It's unrealistic to expect him to do otherwise. Many people who had put so much time and effort into their cars perfer buyers who are out of town just so they don't have to deal with these type of situation.
