What are the needed parts to run the UTEC ecu..........


im not looking to have multi boost maps or anything. Just need it installed for tuning.

search is your friend.

if you want to self tune, I'd suggest the Tuner Wideband.
If you are going FI, get the MAP sensor.
If you want to control boost, get the BCS.

The map switch isn't necessary, but it is a cool cheap add on.

I guess that means you are adding an SC or Turbo kit.

We can be more helpful if you give us more info.

And i was wondering if there where any extra parts i had to buy in order to install the UTEC. Because i know with the HKS F-CONs you have to buy the $$$$ harness. And i read the descriptions on FP.com but i couldnt tell if i actullay needed any of the others.

You could also call TurboXS to see what you need. The UTEC uses the stock ECM wiring harness, no no extra harness is needed.

you are not special man,....how on earth is everybody suppose to known what you are doing?
and yes SEARCH!. IT was very easy to look for the info, in under 10 minutes really.

it wasnt so much searching as it was me not saying what i was looking for in the beginning.

which was would i need a diff harness.
