I wonder if your elevation may be effecting you ability to make higher power as well...

i think it might bet but as i said befor its not so much the peek power of like 370 or more im expecting.
its the fact that i put headers and added 3 more pounds of boost and i only gained 2 hp thats not right.

Yes, Tell him to tune the car and not just do dyno pulls...

when he "tuned" it the last time how long did it take him? Did you watch him while he tuned it? Did he have a laptop in the car with him while he tuned it?

The SS box is a dinasour to tune since it is not a "live" tune so it should have taken him a bit of time to do it properly actually.

The dip at the top of your HP and TQ curves CAN be tuned out with proper fuel mapping. Mine looked like that as well at first but with work they smoothed out. You can actally see at 5800 rpms on my dyno sheet where it flatens out a bit. That is where my dip hit as well...

Good Luck!

this guy isnt tuning anything. He even shows this through his email 'get a reflash so we can tune the upper rpm band'

He has done nothing more then stick a FPR on there with a higher ratio to dump more fuel. He hasnt touched the split second box.

If they cant tune an SS box, my best advice to you, as for a refund on the FPR, get some larger injectors and an EMS that is able to be tuned in your area. Sell the SS box and u wont be loosing much money.

oh no 2 days later my car wont start
it ran great for the first cupple days then today i went out to start it and my remote wouldnt open the doors.
so i though the batery was dead, so i opend it with my key went to start the car and it fired up, but then died right away tryed it again and same thing happend?
seems like its not geting fuel or something but i know its not the batery cause the radeo and everything worked?
is it just a coincedence that my remote door opener dosnt work either?

could it be from tuning though?
how would it run great for 2 days then just not work?
tuning would do this?
all i did was run it a bit leaner and rase the timeing.
