I like it. How much is an OEM gasket? $99.99?

It holds an additional quart of motor oil. Should be a no-brainer for a 2006.

With the oil system being one if not the most important part of your engine surviving or not why chance it with an Ebay no brand part, the saving over say an APS oil pan would be outweighed if the ebay oil pan ends up failing for whatever reason.

I would. I bet it is the exact same as most of the other big name oil pans, just without the name. Probably made in the same damn building.

It's a cast pan for holding oil. just make sure the mounting surfaces are good and you use plenty of RTV and I think it would be ok. As long as all the bolt holes line up and it isn't made of paper mache I don't see why not...

I've read a huge ariticles about counterfeit car parts.. One of them was cheap quality oil pans where the surface material flakes off and jacks up your engine. I absolutely would not trust no brand oil pans..

what's sad is that statement is it so true. A jwt oil pan spacer is the next thing on my list to get. I would protest for a new block, but what the hell is the point if it still leads to the same problem at the end of the day.
