No worries. I had a feeling with a 5" core you might hit some heat issues. Good thing Sam got it taken care of before it became a bigger issue. I'd love to see some logs from the track with the car. Or hell even some stop and go traffic. Honestly stop and go SoCal traffic with a car like this are a pretty damn good test of a cooling system. Congrats again....

Well I was stuck in stop and go traffic from Rancho Cucamonga to LA, to take I5 back north. During the stop and go traffic...that was when I saw the highest temps at 92 degrees Celcius.

197F is not bad at all... Hell the stock motor runs 195F normal operating temp. Max operating temp is 205F and thats where the fans come one so 197 max is EXCELLENT!!!

Well, I guess it is time to throw my CONGRATS in to the hat.
Good work Sam and crew. Feel free to talk to Sharif about that fan mod..
I am definitely looking forward to finishing my break in and getting some #'s like yours Alex.

As for comparison, I had the same setup (turbo wise, cooling wise etc) with my last engine, so I guess we could do a compare between that and the current stroked engine. Sharif would be the person to talk to on that one...

I know you must be loving the power Alex. I have to say that running 580 (DJ) on my 295 PS2’s once full boost kicks in, around 5200 RPM, traction goes out the window in 3rd. I might have to switch back to my 305 DR’s or maybe even a set of 315 NT01’s.

Very impressive, Alex. I assume there are low-level alerts on the meth injection (MI)? What is the MI system, if you don't mind elaborating. Also, does the computer tie into the MI for safety? Meaning, if there is a hiccup in the MI, is timing retarded, boost lowered, fuel increased, etc.? I have a good MI system from Snow, but I'm looking to make it safer.

Thanks man. My lowest map at wastegate pressure does not use methenol, so if I'm ever running low on it, I can just switch maps until I can refill. But I try to top it off whenever I can. And yes, if it runs low, one of the LED lights will come on underneath my dash where I can see in the driver seat.

Mine is from Aquamist.

Great to hear you had the issues resolved by Sam. I'm sure your car is the fastest Z in the bay, or even in Cali. AND DAMN.....those dyno numbers are crazy....

Nitrouz, like Alberto was saying it must be your tires because I can hook in 3rd gear when its about 70 degrees as well, Im running PS2's and I believe your low boost is about the same power as my 15psi pump gas tune. I ran T1S's a while back when I ran the T-Netics kit and they didnt hook up very well in 2nd with 430whp and when I switched to PS2's I had no problems gripping in 2nd with the exact same power levels. Congrats on the car, very nice setup.
